IEI FLEXIBLE OPTIONS

OPTION I - OFF SITE

You can get the exposure by working on industry assignments, projects or case studies, similar to how it is happening in today’s tech world that employees are able to work from their home town and regularly connecting virtually. So, you will also be connecting and interacting to professionals with whom you will work on the exposure from the industry. This model is also suitable for those career aspirants who are pursuing their complete residential or campus based course curriculum such as engineering or MBA.

OPTION II - HYBRID

Hybrid model, where you can make visit to the office on selected working days after mutual consent with your industry mentor with whom you will be working on assignments as a feasible option for the candidate.

OPTION III - ON SITE

This is like ‘Work from Office’. For distant opportunist, shift to the city, town or place where you will get the exposure, similar to how students or employees move to the place of their college or job and stays in accommodation. But this will pull some money from your pocket for stay, food and other arrangements which is an individual choice or decision. This can still help if you have opportunity to stay in company premises, guest house, sharing or individual’s known person’s house like relative or friends. Choice is individual and independent.
